How did humanity end up in today’s situation? What driving forces have led us here? In my book, I analyze the basic features of humanity. I address the domains of faith, the genealogy of women’s oppression, and the foundations of populism. All of this forms the ingredients leading to global heating and the existential threats facing humanity today. But when did it start? How did it happen and why? About this, I have sought clarity?
I introduce the expression of evolutionary ideas, i.e., a natural selection of epigenetic cognitive processed ideas that fit the human brain constitution best and sometimes even fill a cognitive empty niche, not yet populated with ideas.
This book looks into what makes an idea normative and even pre-discursive, and tries to shed a bit of light on the social evolution of cognitive mutations that brought about the ideas that constitute Homo sapiens´ normative behaviour and community building.
